Make1c TOS Agreement


This document is updated from time to time, and it is the Members Responsibility to keep a current copy of this Agreement at all times. No notifications will be sent out, and the Member is responsible for knowing and understanding this documentation at all times.

With Respects to Membership we have Executive members with special privileges with a stronger account manager. Make1c also allows for free membership and this will be discussed below.

I. Membership Agreement and Access

a. ALL Make1c Members (free/executive) fall under this Terms of service Agreement and this Terms of Service is BINDING with respects to the members ability to use this Account, the member responsibilities, length of membership, and anything as it pertains to your Make1c Account, either free or Executive.

b. All Paying Members are doing so because they want the benefits of the Management of 1812 Services and are paying for "Access" to the Database Manipulation via the Links in the Portal/Directory. This means that everyone is aware that they are purchasing "Access" rights to the Make1c Directory. There are many benefits of Executive membership and here they are:

    i. Exec Setup: An Executive has access to the Exec setup which allows him to create a process for adding a banner promotion that will run within the welcome page. This banner promotion will be put into a rotation and will run each time it's turn comes up when anyone logs into Make1c and hits the welcome page. Additionally the Executive member can setup a link for anything he is promoting that will come up on the upper left-hand corner of the welcome login page for further promotions.

    ii. Back Office: As an Executive member, you have access to the back office for running reports that will help you to see who is in your organization. There are two main reports which are the referral report and the organization chart.

    iii. Personal Links: As an Executive member, you can also put in an unlimited amount of personal links that will correspond with our automated login process. The Executive can put in the login link, the name of the service and the username and password for any personal link they want to setup aside from any service activation from the database. This provides an alternative process for setting up personal sites that are not in the database that the Executive wants to have exclusive access to for their own purposes.

    iv. Group Office: As an Executive member, you can have the use of a powerful script that allows you to totally Manage any task or group project. You have many outlets, and this is all free with your Executive Membership to use for any purpose you like. Your Group Office account is initially setup using your () username as the username & password for access. When you use the drop down account manager, you will see Group Office, just login using your username as your username/password and you will have access within a few hours of your upgrade.

    v. Sites you added: As an Executive member, you have the ability to change the referral link (Admin link) on any service you have added and this will take you to that area. Additionally you will also have another pull-down menu of all services that have been added but are not held by an Executive member which means that the Executive can take over the admin link for any service that doesnt have one assigned to it by an Executive member.

    vi. Add & List Rotators As an Executive member, you have access the ability to create a Website rotator for promotion purposes. You can have as many site rotators setup as you wish with no limitations on the amount of sites put into your rotator. Additionally you can setup additional rotators so that you have more than 1 and again you can create as many as you like. Additionally you can click the list rotator link to show you what rotators you have. From there you can edit the rotators and can delete any that you no longer want.

    vii. Executive Websites: As an Executive member, you have more website referral pages that you can use in order to promote Make1c than the free. This link will give you access to all the sites and allow you to see what the URL's are and a brief description of the site and how it may be used.

    viii. Make1c Leads: As an Executive member, you have access to a lead generation capture page that will allow you to spark interest with a single page for Make1c and generate a lead for building your Make1c organization.

c. All members are liable for their own actions with respects to the use of this directory, and its purpose and intent. This means that you will be responsible for any unethical business conduct or misuse of the current set of Make1c Terms of Service agreement.

d. The member has the use of all of the directory with all of it's links, recruitment processes, centralized operations, and personal activations.

II. The Account Manager and use of your Make1c Website

a. Each Member (Free or Paid) is given access to the Directory Database to use for the purposes of Operating their Website Services through the Make1c directory.

b. Each member will be given Make1c Website Referral URL's for promotion. The 1st is the Main Website, which is used for bringing in new memberships. This is the /u/ for the paid Executive (Shown below) and the main site (http://www.make1c.com/? for the free (Shown below).

c. Only Executive members can create commissions. As such any Executive member that create sales are only responsible for sales, and Make1c handles all support and customer retention after the sale. The member doesnt need to answer any support questions other than directing the user to Make1c and it's support staff. This means after the sale you will collect your commissions and are not required to know anything about the functionality of this Database system. You can always refer anyone to the support ticket form for any assistance they may require.

d. Each Member is responsible for their own knowledge of the 1812 services involved, and Make1c provides ample documentation, support time, but Make1c cannot do the work for you. It is up to the individual Members to utilize the Pre-Recorded Classes, Documentation and support lines for their own Informational, working and marketing needs.

e. Your urls for promotion are:

  1. http://www.make1c.com/u// (Main Website - Executive Member Only)
  2. http://www.make1c.com/? (Main Website - Free Affiliate)

All members receive the ability to 'instant message' any other Make1c member and this message will be waiting for them. You will know you have an instant message waiting for you, because there will be a floating box on your welcome screen indicating that you have a message waiting. Please do not use the Instant Message to spam, but instead use it to connect to your upline, downline, sideline for achieving associations that can benefit both you and those you contact. Anyone misusing this option will have the option removed from their Account manager and may lose their account.

III. Business Conduct

a. All Members are responsible for acting in an ethical Business like manner when doing ANYTHING that represents Make1c, or its service. To be more specific, no illegal activities, or unethical activities (Such as spamming) will be tolerated. All commissions and User Member status will be immediately withdrawn and terminated if Member incurs any of the following:

  1. Complaint of Spamming or Illegal activities that sticks
  2. Anything illegal at all (With regards to sales)
  3. Any and all HATE related Website Promotion
  4. Any and all Unethical Business Activities

b. GOOD STANDING - Commissions are ONLY paid to members of Make1c that are in good standing. A lack of good standing would be related to Spamming, Bulk Email processes (Spam), Illegal activities, unethical business practices and of the like. If a Member is found spamming, using unethical business practices for his or her Make1c website, or any such illegal activity, or of the like, then the Member can lose his or her Good standing. Member must be in Good standing at all times to receive commission payments.

c. SPAMMING - Each Member is responsible for the usage of their Make1c referral site, and or Ads placed within the various mediums. Absolutely no SPAMMING will be tolerated and any and all reports will be looked at VERY Carefully. If you are found spamming Make1c in any format, your Account will be canceled.

IV. Distributorship and Back-Office access

a. Distributorship of Make1c is obtained by signing up initially as a Free Member.

b. With regards to commission earned, if you have not supplied us with your Address, City/State, Zipcode, Home/Work Telephone, and Paypal Email, you will not be paid any commissions.

c. Once all information is in place and verified, your Commission account will begin to accrue, and on Member Sales all distributors can earn commission.

d. With your Back-Office access, you can see who has signed up underneath you, how many services they have activated, and your downline email for each one individually. This is in the 'Executive Panel' in your Make1c Account Manager on the welcome page.

e. All commissions are only paid to Executive members who are in good standing and still members of Make1c. Anyone who is removed from the database for any reason, will lose all activations, downline and commission. Additionally, no commission will be paid to any Executive Member who is under investigation for spamming, bulk email practices, or any of the afore-mentioned items for "Business Conduct" and that is in direct conflict with a members "Good Standing".

f. Commissions can be changed at any time and there is NO guarantee of any sort with respects to the amounts therein.

g. Commission is paid on the last day of the month following the billing cycle. Example: All January billing will be paid on the last week/day of February, via Paypal.

h. All commmission payments will incur a $0.50 processing fee no matter what the amount. If your commission is $5.00 then you will be charged a $0.50 commission processing fee. If your commission is $1,000.00, then you will be charged $0.50 to process your commission. It doesn't matter the amount of the commission and the $0.50 processing fee will be charged against the commission owed.

V. User Information Responsibility

a. All of the the Database Services will require User Information if you are using it for storage purposes. As an example of User Information, the Referral URL is your Affiliate Website for that Service. To put it in the Database you use the Referral URL Textbox below the service. This is linked DIRECTLY to the Join Now link of the Members downline Make1c users for this service. This means that when the user underneath the Member clicks the Join Now link in the Database, they are actually seeing the Members Referral URL link and joining underneath the Member in that service.

b. It is the users responsibility to make sure that all information is put in correctly and in the right textbox. Make1c is in no way responsible for information put into the Textbox that is wrong or a different URL, such as a Login link for another Service. We are a Directory service and as such we provide a Database Managed system that will allow you to put in your Referral URL's so that those who join Make1c underneath you will be signing up underneath you in the Services you activate that they are not a member of.

c. This is very important because if you put your login link into the Referral URL textbox, then your login information is going to the Join Now link of the user joining underneath you. We are not responsible for your information being put into the textbox. We will NOT be responsible for your login URL being passed to the Join Now link for anyone in your downline building process associated with the Make1c database. The Member is responsible for reading all documentation and understanding their boundaries for engagement.

d. Make sure that you put your information in correctly so that the Database will work for you as it is intended on doing. Remember too that you are responsible for all your information and the results.

VI. Database Membership

a. The Database has 1812 services that are all within a single platform in your Account Manager. You are allowed the priviledge of using this Database for your own Purposes as long as you maintain Good Business ethics and stay within Good Standing with Make1c.

b. Make1c is not the Admin for any of the 1812 services in the Database and although we can help in many instances, the Services themselves are operated by other Companies and/or administrators. We are not responsible for the services and we do not administrate them either.

c. The cost of the Database Membership can rise or change at any time. There is no guarantee of the Service Charge in it's current state and we reserve the rightto change the current fee at any time with or without notice.

d. Start of Services will begin upon the user validating their email through the validation process. No Member can bypass this part of the sign-up procedure and no services will be rendered until the email has been verified.

e. Make1c will make all best efforts to provide quality and uninterrupted access to the Database. This means that if the server goes down or an act of God occurs and all data is lost, it is your data and you are ultimately responsible for your own set of backups. We highly recommend that once you have all the services you want activated that you get a 'hard copy' by using the 'Activation Report' under the 'User Panel'. By a hard copy we mean that you run the report and then print it out so that you have a copy of all the services you have activated with the login information.

VII. Make1c Database and Responsibility

a. Make1c serves as a directory of websites for 1812 Internet based services and in no way can be held accountable for anything that these Services do, which is illegal or unethical. If you know of such with any of the Services in the Database please let us know immediately and upon investigation that service will be removed from the Database.

b. Additionally Make1c is Not the Administrator for any of the services websties and we can not fix anything that is wrong with the Websites themselves and are not responsible for them. We can fix our Database or any issue that comes up with the services WE offer, which is a Databased Management system for these 1812 Internet Website Services. However each of them is their own Company and although we have good relatoinships with some of them and can help in many cases, we do not have control over their Websites at all.

c. All members must use the services responsibly and for the purpose they are intended for, and no cheating software is allowed. You will not find any such software in the database and if you do, please let us know ASAP.

d. We give no guarantee the Database will always be available. We are not responsible for any data loss on your Computer, or in the Database itself. This is a service provided for you and all back-up procedures and best efforts made to keep the integrity of the Database for our Users. However we are not responsible for Acts of God, nor will we be responsible for corruption of the database or any interuption of service by the hosting company.

VIII. Admin & Promotional Emails

a. ADMINISTRATION EMAILS - Administration can on a daily/weekly/monthly basis send out Emails and the intent of these emails is for knowledge and support. ALL users are subject to Administrative emails as that is how we as a Company communicates to you, our member.

b. PROMOTIONAL EMAILS - Furthermore, All Admin sent out to the Make1c userbase are propietary and are not considered SPAM. As a member in Good standing all Make1c users can receive daily/weekly/monthly Administrative & Promotional emails.

c. PHONE CALLS - The administrator of Make1c may contact you by telephone. This is for any and all purposes as it relates to Make1c, or the services in the Directory. This may also include a promotional on a service, from time to time and is executed by the Administrator for Make1c. If you wish never to be contacted by telephone please send in a support ticket and we will keep that information posted to your record.

d. OPTING OUT - Any user can OPT out of receiving the newsletter and conference notification emails by removing the email address in the 'Conference Notification Email' slot. This slot is found in 'Edit Profile' within the User Options of your Make1c Account Manager. So, remove the email and you will no longer receive conference and newsletter email notifications. However you will still receive the above emails and if you do not wish to receive promotional and or other emails then you will have to cancel your Make1c Account. We send out the promotional & other emails for the benefit of our Members and that is a part of the membership is our communications to you.

IX. Termination of Membership

a. Membership can be terminated at any time by either the Member or Make1c. Member can send email, or by writing regular mail asking that this agreement be terminated. The member can also use our 'Cancel Membership' form that is located as a link under the Support panel area, as the last option.

Once cancellation is requested, the Website will be pulled at that time, all downline & service activations will be removed, and Members TOS Agreement will be null and void which means you will no longer receive commissions for any previous sales made. Please be very sure you want to cancel before you do and read the rest of termination.

b. Conversely if Member looses Good standing, or something other were to happen that gives cause for termination, Make1c can of its choosing terminate this agreement. This termination will be given in writing either via Email or by regular mail. All best efforts will be made to contact the Member prior to termination on a Good standing junction. Once terminated, please note that all services activated, all downline/upline, will be removed immediately.

c. If you have asked for termination PLEASE NOTE: you will lose all downline members in your Account. We can and will re-instate anyone's account that asks. However once you have requested cancellation of your Membership, We Will remove all downline information from any Referrals at the 1st level and all subsequent downline. This cannot be un-done and please do not ask. If you request cancellation and had any organization, you will have to start over if you ask to come back. You will also lose all service activations as well, upon cancellation of your account.

d. Additionally, with your requested terminiation, if you have recruited any Members or any referrals have been given to you by Make1c, all referral information with your username and down will be completely removed. Additionally all upline information in YOUR membership account will be removed.
